Humboldt County Rural Transportation & Access Partnership (RTAP) Application Approval
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors accept the RTAP application from Dows Prairie Elementary School and approve the assistance of the Department of Public Works, staff and equipment, in connecting the gap between two existing concrete sidewalks on Dows Prairie Road in McKinleyville with a paved pathway; accept the RTAP application from Hospice of Humboldt and approve the assistance of the Department of Public Works, staff and equipment, with an overlay of asphalt concrete on Freese Avenue in Eureka to complete the Freese Avenue Resurfacing and Water Main Upgrade Project; approve the use of county forces to perform force account work, as allowed under Public Contract Code Section 22031, for this project.
