Approval and Execution of UC Davis Training Contracts for Eligibility Services and Child Welfare Services Training for Fiscal Year 2014/15
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve attached contracts in the amounts of $92,430.00 to provide Eligibility Services training and in the amount of $20,737.00 for Child Welfare training with the University of California-Davis (UC Davis), for the Department of Health and Human Services-Social Services (DHHS-Social Services) staff for FY 2014-2015: grant a waiver of the Nuclear Free Ordinance; authorize the Chair to execute these two contracts and return two (2) signed originals of each contract to the DHHS-Social Services Director.
