Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Dimension Reports, LLC dated Sept. 1, 2020 Regarding the Provision of Reporting Services Related to Behavioral Health Claims Submitted to the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in an Amount Not to Exceed $140,600 for the Period of Oct. 1, 2020 through Sept. 30, 2026end
RECOMMENDATION(S):Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Approve, and authorize the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) – Behavioral Health Director, or a designee thereof, to execute, the attached third amendment to the professional services agreement with Dimension Reports, LLC dated Sept. 1, 2020 regarding the provision of reporting services related to behavioral health claims submitted to the DHCS in an amount not to exceed $140,600 for the period of Oct. 1, 2020 through Sept. 30, 2026; and
2. Authorize the DHHS – Behavioral Health Director, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all subsequent amendments to the professional services agreement with Dimension Reports, LLC dated Sept. 1, 2020, after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office; and
3. Direct the Clerk of the Board to provide the DHHS – Contract Unit with one certified electronic copy of the Board order related to this item.
