Aviation Fuel Supply and Branding Agreements with World Fuel Services, Inc. (4/5 Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors (4/5 vote required) approve and authorize the Chairperson to execute the attached countersigned Fuel Supply Agreement and Branding Schedule, in duplicate, with World Fuel Services, Inc.; and direct the Clerk of the Board to retain one original fully executed Fuel Supply Agreement and Branding Schedule with meeting records, and return one original fully executed Fuel Supply Agreement and Branding Schedule to the Land Use Division for further processing.
