RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) originals of the Professional Services Agreement between the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Public Health and Michael Ferris for Public Health Laboratory Director Services; authorize the DHHS - Public Health Director, or designee, to sign any subsequent amendments thereto after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Manager; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of the agreement to the DHHS - Contract Unit.
