RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Planning Commission:
1. Adopt the resolution (Resolution 24-__). (Attachment 1) which does the following:
a. Finds the Planning Commission has considered the Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted for the Commercial Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance and the Addendum that was prepared for the Yeti Enterprises LLC project (Attachment 3); and
b. Finds the proposed project complies with the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance; and
c. Approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the recommended conditions of approval (Attachment 1A)

The project is located in the Phillipsville area, on the North side of Redwood Road, approximately 2.3 miles West from the intersection of Wood Ranch Road and Redwood Road, and approximately .3 miles North from the intersection of Redwood Road and a Private Drive on the property known to be in Section 21 of Township 03 South, Range 03 East, Section 22 of Township 03 South, Range 03 East, Section 28 of Township 03 South, Range 03 East, Section 27 of Township 03 South, Range 03 East Humboldt Base & Meridian.
