Irrigation water is sourced from a 150,000-gallon rainwater catchment pond and two (2) spring diversions. Existing water storage is 222,825 gallons. Estimated annual water usage is 222,000 gallons. Drying and bucking occurs onsite in an existing metal building, with all other processing occurring off-site at a licensed processing or manufacturing facility. Power is provided by generators.
