DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Child Abuse Services Team (CAST) is a multi-disciplinary team, serving the children and families of Northern California, since 1996.
The team is comprised of specially trained individuals representing Child Welfare Services, the District Attorney’s Office, Humboldt Domestic Violence Services, law enforcement, county Mental Health, the North Coast Rape Crisis Team, and Tribal Social Services agencies.
The Board of Supervisors would like to express their appreciation to all the amazing members of this team, past and present, for their 28 years of service to children who have experienced abuse in Humboldt County.
