DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors would like to recognize the 100th year celebration of the Festa Do Espirito Santo which is known as the Portuguese festival in Ferndale, California on May 18th and 19th, 2024. This century old tradition recognizes the Azorean Portuguese community and its culture by sharing with the community food, dancing, and many other actives. The event flier is attached, and all are encouraged to attend.

There is no financial impact to a ceremonial proclamation.
