DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors would like to recognize the retirement of their Clerk of the Board Kathy Hayes. Kathy was hired by the County in 2003 and has worked as the Clerk of the Board for 20 years. Kathy retired on March 15, 2024, and the Board wishes her a well-deserved and long retirement.

There is no financial impact in presenting a ceremonial resolution.
